Yogaaaa GO!!

So it was my second yoga session this morning and WOW did I see an improvement or WHAT!

I could hold the various poses, was rather steady ... Ok I on occasion tumble but yeah I feel so good. I actually really enjoy Yoga!

Loving this new phase in my life. I'm feeling confident and know that by day 90 I'll be much fitter, stronger and hopefully weigh a little less than when i started.

I've really changed. People have noticed. Some don't like it but hey my moto is " Haters Gon' Hate"

Keep pushing! You'll succeed in the end :)
