I haven't posted for a while. Back on placement. 4 weeks to push, then Uni is done for this year.
However I have made it to WEEK 4...madness.
Decided to switch my routine and workout on an evening, as I haven't got much time to do it in the mornings at the moment.
Just finished Yoga. I bloody love it. Really feeling the moves now and improvements come each time. Makes me feel great.
Am I the only person who does yoga mainly with eyes closed or am I just way into the zone?!!
So anyway, workouts are now completed post 7pm ... About 90 mins after I've eaten my daily meal. Worked well this evening!!
Wanna say a HUGE massive congrats to my dear friend Michael for completing his first round of P90X and starting on his 2nd today! Let's kick it baby yeah!!!
