Yoga!!!

Frustration isn't the word.


Just finished a 90 minute Yoga Session. Some parts were good, others really had me. I was so hacked off at having to look at the screen. U can't exactly keep the mind clear.


I am not as flexible as I once was. That's a fact. Ended up modifying some of the movements, but hey at least I attempted them.


Looking forward to progressing with this little challenge, along with the other P90 workouts.


It's like with anything I guess. Practice makes perfect. Keep working at it, and eventually it will all come together.


Also finished today with Ab Ripper X, thought I needed to give the abs a little sprinkle of pain too.


Anyway. This girl got Uni work to do.
