P90X Begins :)

Started my journey on 30th April.


P90X is a home workout series which takes you through a 90 day programme intended to either get you 'ripped' or for you to shed fat/loose weight.


I am using it for the latter at the moment. I won't reveal my starting weight but I want to drop 2 maybe 3 stone ... Hell I may even push for 4!!!


In all seriousness I'll be happy when I'm toned and feeling good about myself, and I don't for one minute think its going to be easy. You really do have to work to achieve in life.


Day 1 was intense, but I pushed through and managed the entire workout.


Day 2 again hit me hard but I kicked it right in the ass.....the same with Day 3.


Will go into more detail about the individual workouts when I've completed a few weeks on the programme. I'm still learning about it all at the moment.


Working out first thing in the morning works well for me. Get up. Get it done. Bring it. Smash it. Suck it up!


Hitting Day 4 tomorrow, and I am so looking forward to learning Yoga.


Tony Horton is so freakin' hot too, so I kinda enjoy putting the DVD's on each morning.
