Week One :)

So it's here, the end of week 1.

I am still aching from previous workouts. Today is rest day, feel like I should do at least something?

I'll see how I feel later.

Right now I'm enjoying the extra time under my duvet ... It's bliss.

I really think that the first week of P90X is the hardest. Getting the motivation up, remaining committed everyday even with sore 0aching muscles.

I've got my end goal in my mind. It's not about having the ultimate beach body for me, it's about being comfortable in my skin, feeling confident about being me.
